A group of blue asters, maybe purple wood-aster (Eurybia spectabilis), but there are lots of similar asters in my area.

Canon 5DM4, 180, F4, stack of three images

Beautifully done, Tom. Appears as a fine painting.

Lovely shot with an appealing blend of colour and focus.

A pleasing play of aperture with the background blooms anchoring the main star nicely, while adding eye interest in their own right

Have a great day

Well seen! The fellow in focus is the 'star', but it is interesting and a little amazing how much weight in this image is taken by the out of focus background flowers -- I found my eye being pulled away from the main character.
