I had one of those great moments. I prayed that I would wakeup so that I could get out before sunrise and catch the nice morning light. Lo, and behold I woke up in time to wander the family farm (non-producing) and snap some shots.

Anyway I happened upon this snpped this.

What do ya'll think?

Very interesting image. Well exposed. I think that the seed heads on the right would work well in a vertical comp with the background more OOF.
Thanks for posting,

I agree with Wil, isolate the heads on the right and they make a great shot on their own. :)

Make that tree for isolating the head on the right. Nice image with good, shallow DOF.

Yes Justin, this one begs to be a vertical but still would be fine as a horizontal if the spent blooms were a littel higher within the frame. The background helps to tell what kind of surroundings is involved, and blurred enough not to be troublesome.
Color and detail are wonderful!!
