There are some spots at Bosque del Apache NWR that are very pretty in the right light and conditions. I liked the simplicity of this scene. The polarizer really made the colors pop, although I think this might be a tad overdone. I also liked the blue-yellow theme.

I like this a lot. The land is floating in the blue. If we really wanted to overdo this we should have gotten out the blue/gol polarizer. Nicely done.

Cindy,
I really like the blue behind the tree. Great photo.
Was this at the crane pools?

Perhaps a smidgen over polarised, but a great shot none-the-less. I really like the two coloured effect.

Great image Cindy, I love the polarised effect, reminds me of summer mornings during our wet grey winter here in UK

Perhaps, but this is art -- not photojournalism.

A very nice shot but unfortunately the angle of the lens was too wide for the polarizer resulting in an area of heavily polarized sky in the left center and an area of unpolarized sky on the right and far left.

No it was at the far south-east corner of the Marsh Loop.

EJ's comments about the polarization is exactly what I meant by over-polarized. Totally agree although I kinda like the effect here. Will post a few others that the effect is less obtrusive.

This is beautiful, Cindy! I love the colors and light. The touch of over-polarization doesn't really bother me.

Cindy, the reflection and brilliant blue sky are wonderful. I bet you could lighten some of the darkest parts of the sky a bit to reduce the over-polarized look a bit.

Cindy,
I know that tree and that spot! Nice job! Hope you had a good time at Bosque, we missed seeing you there. Maybe next year.
