Sigma 50-500 at 500, Velvia 50 (I think), Tripod.
This was shot at Wells Grey Provincial Park in BC in August. This is in the Murtle River Canyon just downstream of one of the largest waterfalls in Canada (Helmcken Falls). I was intrigued by the trees growing on the sheer cliff face. The late afternoon sun really pumped up the reds in the rock, too. This type of shot, where texture is part of the image, never seems to look as good on a digital image as it does on the slide... -Paul Paul's Website Paul's Blog
