This photo is very colorful which appeals to me but seems a bit contrasty. I might consider a different frame as this one provides so many dark and light areas of contrast as to be distracting.

pick them, add a little salt, simmer in butter, but before doing that, check out that these are edible.
Unfortunately, the frame is distracting, I liked it at first glance, but not later. On the other hand, you are not alone in frame exploration. IT is not a disaster, but I think perhaps a better frame might be found (from my standpoint.)

Wayne, the scan is much better, with more detail and sharpness. For me, the frame draws my attention away from the mushrooms, ferns and curving log, that I really like a lot.
