I took this about 3 years ago but it ended up being one of my favorite fall shots. I have driven by this place over the last couple of years but I have yet to similar conditions.

I like the trunks and backlit autumn colors are great! The white sky, which normally would bother me, isn't much of a distraction here. The leaning logs also add another layer. Well done!!

Did you take this shot around Marshall?
I would love to see it through a projector... big on the wall :)
I really like the dynamic range in this photo... the translucent oranges and dark trunks.
