A detail of Fantasy Canyon.
The tricky part of photographing Fantasy Canyon (Uintah County, Utah) is separating a subject from all the other formations around it. There is just so many of them. Selective focus goes only so far, so I had to desaturate the background a bit and also move its white balance a tad toward cooler to make the subject stand out. a7II, EF 135/2 @f/4 A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.
