Thans for all who commented on my other image. This was taken on the same location, overcast afternoon. Just loving the lush green in contrast with the dead trees.

Canon 10D ISO100 f22 1/4 17-40mm@22mm Gaussian Blur overlay on the grass.

I agree, the contrast between the trees and the grass is nice, but there is just too much going on in this image for me to focus on that contrast. For example, the dead grass at the bottom of the frame is not part of your subject if you are trying to convey the contrast between the green grass and the trees.

I like this more then the other image as the lines of the trees work much better. For me the image is about the lines and the color. This may not be for everyone and it may not be the strongest image as a stand alone image but used in conjunction with other images to tell a story about the location I think it would be a great supplemental image.

The orange leaf in the upper left draws a lot of my attention. Just a minor bother.
