Some say the ocean wanted to be a woman.
It commanded the power of emotion, some pearls for tears, coral for strenght, seafoam for lightness, waves for change, mixed it with sand, light and some loving and the mermaid was born... ... This is one of my first Dcs, when I discovered I could draw with Liquify, and for some reason, it never got posted. Hue/Sat, Light effects with texture and Polar Coordinates, all in PS.
