I named this image when love hurts as i feel it depicts the feeling of being in love, but your on the outside looking in :(

The source of this image is a small clump of colored leaves, and was converted by using the following PhotoShop filters --

Distort - Polar Coordinates - Shear - Liquify.
Transform - Distort
Layers.
