This time I tried the Orton technique in PSD from a single shot.

Canon EOS 5D
Sigma 105 mm F2.8 EX DG OS HSM Macro
ISO 50 - 1/125s - f/2.8 - 105 mm
Free hand

What a wonderful idea to isolate this golden leaf and present it so beautifully against the rich and darker colour tones, Mary. A gorgeous image!

This image has a calming effect for me, nice subdued warm colours and just the right amount of contrast. So simple but well executed Mary!
