Taken at Gatorland in Florida this morning purposely looking back into the light.  Had a great backlit image to work with.  I applied Topaz Glow- Fur and Feathers dialing it back but at the same time enhancing the outline of the bird. Hope you enjoy it.

Great usage of Topaz Glow to achieve this effect on the illuminated feathers and to keep the background dark. The rim light around the "S"curve in the head and neck area is superb, and the large blades of vegetation illuminated in the background remind me of fireworks going off in celebration of the great job you did on this Great Egret. A real beauty!

Great use of "glow"- just enough to show the beautiful shapes in outline. I like how the plant echos the Egret's feathers. Beautifully composed and artistically executed- a very lively and dynamic rendition!
