Oh, that's too funny ( the story) - this is an exceptionally gorgeous bird and shot - I see why you would love it. I won't feel sorry for Greg - he likely has an equally significant tale about you. :)

This has to be one of my all-time favorites of your bird photos. Outstanding. I have been to that park and the Painted buntings are very fast and they certianly don't still for long.
