SAmba, Tango, Mambo and Chachalaca

Still from the TX-MX trip, Texas part. Just returned from Wyoming on business but got a very few shots on the way, Will post them if any come out as hoped. The much rarer SAMBALACA is only rarely observed at Carnival in Rio.
I drove from Meeker Colorado to Culver City, CA ( started at 3:00 am and arrived 7:30pm tired etc, My car really gets better gas mileage at 75-80 than at 65. I do not knyw why.

Nice portrait, Steve. It would have been nice if the brown BG spot beneath the chin was not there and I might crop to just below the brown spot up top. I think these birds have really interesting faces even if they (the birds) are (usually) a pain in the butt. :)
