Green Sandpiper

This is a Green Sandpiper which showed up in a nature reserve which I visit on an regular basis. A few weeks ago they decreased waterlevels to attract more birds. It worked really well. At this time there are more than 10 species of shorebirds to visit the place every day.

Beautiful bird--perhaps a little lower angle would work a bit better.
