Hey Rob... I like it alot. Wow, the breeding colors are much better than any we are seeing up here. Was this taken in the last couple of weeks? Guess a La Jolla trip is in order! Love the "whimsical" feel.

Love this pose. You have to be patient while they preen to get something like this. I have similar shots but the eye is closed or the bill is coming toward me at a strange angle. This is one of the better I have seen of this behavior. Sharp as heck and a lot of excellent detail.

Very well done. You nailed a fantastic pose. This is one in the out of the box awards which is well earned. The composure, pattern and amazing bright colors really make this spectacular.
Keep them coming.
