Taken at Laguna Seca Ranch in south Texas in April.  I've been waiting for a new monitor which I now have so this is the first image processed.  If you see any issues you think might be related to the monitor and the colour depiction please let me know.

Your image looks very good, on my screen, Malcolm. ( Perhaps a fraction brighter overall for the image, as it appears on my monitor, but everyone will probably view the photo slightly different, depending on their system). Regardless, a fine capture, with excellent detail, pose, perch, and colourful flowers, all shown here.

A cracker of a capture,Malcolm. I would say it needed brightening up a touch for me.

Great setting and a species I'd love to see sometime. The flowers add to it.

Very nice capture in classic Laguna Seca setting. Everthing looks fine, although it could go a touch brighter for my monitor.

Thank you all for the many views and comments. I'll have a look at the brightness settings on the new monitor over the next couple of days and try another image or two ... then it's off to Newfoundland for a few weeks of photography.
