As requested based on the image I posted yesterday with the wings up I'm posting a side view of the same bird. As you see the beak indicates that it is a Semipalmated Sandpiper. The legs are greenish darkish but not black. I would see the fall migrant juveniles looking like this, legs are not black yet, that is. (Show me your beak and I'll tell who you are.)
