Canon 90D
Tamron 150-600 @450mm F8 @ 1/400 ISO 1250 There hasn't been too many birds to photograph here during the Winter, so this image was one taken in May during the Spring Migration. North America's only all blue species, ( females are brown), and can be somewhat elusive, as they spend much of their time in denser vegetation, but will come out to sing, as this male was doing. As with many colourful species, one really has to observe them in the " field ", to see their colours the best, and the Indigo Bunting, in my view, would be included, as such ! Province of Ontario, Canada image- May. Thanks to everyone for viewing Click on for best image. |
