Nikon D850, Nikon 500mm F5.6 pf
ISO 800 1/500s, F5.6, Blind In the previous post the Tennessee Warbler had discovered by looking up there was a caterpillar on the next branch up. In this image he had taken a hop up to the branch where he saw his prey. At the time this was happening I did not see the caterpillar and the sequence took place very quickly. For those trying to see the caterpillar it's actually embedded in a webbing on the lower middle of the frame between the 3 new green growths at the end of the twig (I can only see a hint of webbing).
