Robin reaching for a berry

Flocks of American Robins have arrived in slightly warmer weather, along with Cedar Waxwings, to strip the trees of cherries and berries. This one almost lost it's balance reaching for lunch.

I agree!  A lovely frame with the lichen and berries, Cindy - and how wonderful to have wings, so you don't have to worry about falling off the perch. :)

What a lovely Robin, Cindy. I love the stretching pose and, of course, the berry in the beak. Good detail on the Robin as well. Beautiful image.

perfectly timed with both of the wings up to balance himself and the bonus is the berry in the beck, good job CYNTHIA.

I have viewed this a few times. This is so lovely. I really like the colors and the softness. I I think it tells a story.
