This is a very interesting and a bit weird looking bird. Normally after the tide when the water recedes, they keep on moving quickly and searching for small invertebrates and insects. The OOF bird has been kept there quite deliberately.

Equipments used : D500 & 500 mm f/4, handheld

1 / 4000 s

f / 4

ISO 400

Thanks for your valuable inputs. :-)

Hi Biru I like the mood and look to this image, I like it a lot You will find the oof bird not to everyone's taste but I like it just fine. Adds to the overall mood of the image Big Congrats on this one.

Thanks a lot. In fact the OOF bird has been kept there in the frame quite deliberately exactly for the purpose you mentioned. Thanks again.

Regards.

Biru, sweet low angle and a good profile view of your subject. The out-of-focus bird adds a nice feeling of depth to the image. Well done.

Right choice to present this as it is, Biru! A fine image.
