Just a fun image! This blue jay landed on top of one of our miniature evergreens just after a snow fall.  The top of the tree provided a snow free perch.  As I was photographing it did a little shake and dance and then flew away. 7D2 with 100-400

This is fun! Crest is way up there with a fluff of feathers. I like the way it is looking at you with typical blue jay sass.

The fluffed out feathers and pose really make this one, Ed. Great lighting, detail, and composition.

The wind blown feathers and the Crest up makes this image, Ed. Nice perch too.
