Haven't posted for a while, but this one is from a recent visit to Stanley in Tasmania, Australia.

Good composition using the diagonal line of the wings, and I like the incoming pose with the feet extended down. Nice work, Andrew.

Interesting bird and nice landing pose. I like the texture of the sand adding nicely to the image.

Andrew, wonderful incoming shot, great to see those extended feet anticipating the landing.  Love the bird's body dynamics and the texture of the sand & water at low tide.  A very nice 'in the moment' capture!

Andrew, Really like the pose and eye contact. Could also see this in a landscape crop.
