A roadrunner in the snow at Bosque from a while back.
Nikon D200, 500mm mf w/1.4 TC, 1/500sec.@ f5.6.

So neat to see a roadrunner in the snow.
I would do some noise reduction on the BG, increase the exposure and remove the green/cyan cast in the whites of feathers.
These little changes would really make this image shine!

Thanks for your input. Regarding the green colors, some roadrunners are more green than others:

Here's a close-up crop of him(different shot) with the colors untouched:

They really are quite iridescent birds. My eyes aren’t picking up so much green except where the green iridescence is overlapping the whites. Might just be my monitor, but maybe it is a reflection of the sky off the snow causing what you are seeing. I do see the noise clearly though. I do admit that I’m terrible at PP. Thanks again, for your input.

Joe, I only see these guys where it's baking hot, so it's really cool (literally) to see this - fun and unusual bird in environment shot!
