We still have a few young-uns around. This one was just resting in a hemlock for quite a while early in the morning. It never did turn around completely, but he had a look at me-like what is that big thing you're pointing at me?? ( I think it's a male from the bit s of red just developing. )

A lovely image of this youngster, Cindy. Sweet head turn, and I love how he is framed by the surrounding vegetation. Very nice!

that natural shot in his habitat look to the visual eye is the best, excellent one on this image CYNTHIA.

Interesting shot, to see them without the colors. Very nice perch settings with surrounding foliage.

Agree with Ron, I very much like the way he is framed by the vegetation. The green and the brown are a sweet combination.\
