I'm confused about what's going on at the nest.
They have three grown up chicks almost ready to fledge. Meanwhile they behave as if it was April. They bring in nesting material, twigs and dry grass and mate. Do they think that there is enough time for having a second clutch? I guess they are fooled by the changing weather pattern. Thanks for looking. Nikon D500 Nikon 300 f 4.0 PF VR +1.4x III.
