I WHEN TO MY HOT SPOT FOR KINGFISHER'S, THE FIRST TIME THIS YEAR, AFTER SETTING UP THE BLIND AND GETTING IN IT, IT WAS NOT LONG BEFORE MOM FLEW IN FOLLOWED BY THE CHICK, MOM WAS ON ONE PERCH AND THE CHICK ON AN OTHER ONE, LEAVING HER PERCH SHE DOVE IN TO THE WATER COMING UP WITH A FISH AND WHEN TO HER PERCH AND WAS JOINED BY THE CHICK TO BE FEED.THE SHOT SAYS THE REST.

Peter, excellent behavioral image showing mom passing food to her young. The pose you captured, with the fish being placed by mom into the open bill of the chick, is just wonderful. Well done!
