At my favorite lake, I found this male Bufflehead. I like the low perspective on this one. Processed with Lightroom, Photoshop and Lightzone. Comments and critiques welcome.

Lovely colours and beautiful portrait. These guys are a challenge for me for so many reasons (great control of the whites, too).
The only thing I would change with this one is rotate it slightly clockwise to straighten the horizon line a tad.

Sweet light and beautiful water, Jerry. I agree with Leigh that a touch of clockwise rotation is in order. Nice job!

Very nice low level shot and very interesting colors to the water. Leveling it would put it over the top for me.
