Taken about a month ago in New Hampshire (USA).

I agree that the "Golden Hour" is the most beautiful light (despite the early alarm clock!). But I wonder if it applies unilaterally to birds that are mostly white? I find sometimes it makes the bird appear yellow, not white. Any thoughts on this question, or how to manage for this in the field?

Nice image Matt but a little tight in the frame.
I love white birds in early morning golden light.

Nice light and mood here. The bird is a bit tight in the frame.

Another vote for a touch more room all round Matt. I love the effect of that early light on white plumage - it gives them a subtle glow that definitely enhances the image for me! A lovely capture and I can almost 'feel' those soft feathers.
