I really like the effects of the sidelighting on the colors of the face and breast. The branch above the head is a bit distracting but this image has a lot going for it too.

What a pretty bird in killer light, exposure is pretty nice, love the focus point on his face, the rest is nice as well , the upper rear OOF branch is a distraction, otherwise very sweet!! Congrats!!!

Beautiful colors and sharply focused details on this bird. I agree that the oof branch at the top is distracting. I would also, perhaps like just the tiniest bit more space at the bottom and the bottom of the frame is quite close to the tip of the tail. Still a stunning image of this pretty little bird in beautiful light.
