Beautiful image. Great background and exposure. As others will probably confirm, the shot would probably be stronger if the bird were placed on the left side of the frame, but I still like this one very much.

Agree with Todd as well. In the BG the Jay is very striking and well exposed.

Excellent pose, tack sharp, and the lighting is near perfect (reflected off the snow?). Besides the placement, maybe some detail/color in the background - just don't know what to make of all that black.
