Is "vfnpark" in Valley Forge? The orange doesn't seem real, and I sort of wish that she weren't walking out of the frame, but I have a feeling that's part of what you wanted to convey.

Kelly, yes this from valley forge, the orange is from the sunrising over the hills to the right hitting the fog. This was reworked in pshop as this had a sereis contrast issue. Did the best i could with it and decided to post

Thanks,
robert.............

I wouldn't race this to the trash can so fast.

Maybe some creative cropping from the top would improve this by lessening the blue space.

I love this and love the colors. Here is an idea since you are honing your PS skills - how about turning the deer around so that she is facing into the frame

I think this is successful if you like the effect created.... Of course it breaks some of the "rules" in photography.. It just depends on whether or not you like it.. The colors are wonderful and the tree is the first thing that I see, but then I am drawn to the deer. The two subjects seem to balance each other. The deer is as far down into a power pt as you can go. I agree that there is tension with the deer looking out of the frame or back rather then the usual...just depends on the photographer's goals here I guess. Thanks for posting Robert..

Robert,

I really like this one. My only wish is that the doe was little higher in the frame and facing inward. But, this is still very nice. The colors are great.
