Siberian Tiger (captive)
Triple D game farm, MT

This is another shot of the tiger that Karen posted. One of my goals for the STL workshop was to get a series of 'eye' shots that I could crop to panos like this to hang at work or matt below the main image of a larger shot of the subject.

Canon 10D with 500mm lens, ISO 200, 1/160 @f/9

All comments welcome.

Now that is a close up, in your face, very intense. It has a lot of zing factor Cheryl. Cool idea for an eye wall!

Very cool shot Cheryl, great intense stare. Perhaps a slight CW rotation to level the eyes ?

Dave,

Thanks. I had not noticed when I posted this late last night. I will definitely level it out before I print it.

Cheryl, this is definitely not what I want to see peering at me through the bushes-lol.

A SPECTACULAR Image, and concept.

Best,

There is a wall of big Cat eyes at Tipi Hedron's Shambala Preserve. This is fitting to be with it. Great shot and excellent pano crop.

This is superb Cheryl, Dave did the same thing with one of his Cheetah shots and it really does have a hypnotic effect!
