This one is excellent! I love the head on view and the clarity. I noticed that you mentioned an EWA-Marine housing. Do those work well? I have been looking at getting one for an upcoming trip to Hawaii. I don't intend to do any deep diving, just some snorkeling and something that would allow me to get my camera under the water in the tide pools.

This was my first time using the EWA Marine housing Linda. I was reluctant to put my MKII under water in this housing, but quickly gained confidence after the first dunk in my laundry sink at home. I used it for 4 days snorkeling with no problems.

Thanks for the info, Rich. I was just looking at some of the other Manatee photos from the workshop and they are all great. The other thing that I was worried about, besides taking my camera underwater was image quality, but it looks like it is great. I made note of the shooting details too. I have the EF17-40 lens for my D60.

This one I would describe as simple and elegant.. I really like this one Rich. Maybe its the impact of the straight on view or the vertical format, or maybe the gestering flipper position..... Just terrific..

This is a great one, Rich. I like the reflection at the top and the fact that there is room underneath the manatee. Well exposed and nice pose too.

Excellent shot, Rich. I also like the reflection at the water surface and the extended flipper.
