A 3 yr old male Leopard returns to his Fig tree home where he has stashed a baby Zebra he killed the previous day. In the background perched upon a rock is a Verreaux's Eagle Owl.
Converted to B&W in PS CC '20.
Kogatende region, Nth Serengeti- TZ.

Marc, you have outdone yourself here.  This is beyond gorgeous.  There is so much to enjoy.  A feast for our eyes. Nearest I got to that Verraux Eagle Owl was in 1994 in Samburu NP.  Kept hooting all night.  LOL. Remarkable.

It's kind of magical the scene, the black and white, textures and that owl put it over the top. Amazing!
