One of the cutest animals I have seen. Look at the pink nose ear tips, tail tip and the pink toes.
It was under our bird feeder this morning before sunrise, under very heavy cloud cover, hence the super high ISO.
Sorry about the mess under the feeder.

No need to apologise for the 'mess under the feeder' Karl - its what brought this little opportunist out for you to get this sweet picture.  :)

Nature put a lot of thought into designing this cutie with the matching gloves, shoes and ear muffs.  Thanks for brightening up my day.

Carol.

Aww-gotta love these cuties. They are a bit out of range up north here- glad to see this one. They eat ticks! I would be happy to welcome one in my yard. Sadly, I've only see road kill here....

Anyway, love the picture. Amazing to get this so nicely at ISO 12800!

Fab sighting Karl. Cuteness and intrigue with the matching winter outfit as Carol mentioned. Liked the info shared too from Cindy.

Pretty rare to see one during the day and you've done a good job of capturing it. Very cute! They spread a disease to horses around here so they are not always welcome.

I had no idea you had "possums" in southern Ontario - thought they were more of a southern US critter...wow. What a wonderful capture, especially in the snow. I didn't really think of the stuff on the ground as a mess.
