Great behavioral image with the oxpeckers surrounding the giraffe, and the black and white conversion is very nice.

I'm not too keen on the high key presentation for this particular scene, but the giraffe action is well captured and the flush of oxpeckers add a nice swirl around your subject, so well done for that!
