Amazing action captured! Love the eye of the cheetah and the forepaw on the face. Is this Ndutu?

I can understand why you cropped this to concentrate on the action, Haim, but I wish in this instance there was a little more room at the top for the ear and horn. The image appears a touch over sharpened and crunchy on my screen but it is certainly dramatic. Without their coalition these two cheetah would have had an almost impossible task with a healthy wildebeest. Were they successful?

This image is FF and there is no cutting or over sharpening here. I chose two pictures from about 250 photos taken at this dramatic meeting and after being 5 times in Africa this is the first time to see real kill. If you want to see the second picture please let me know. Of course they managed to devour the wildebeest.
Thank you for your comment.

Brilliant action captured. Have to agree with Carol in that it also appears over sharpened and crunchy. Not sure if the Cheetah eye looks over brightened too. Perhaps one of the drawbacks Cheetah suffer from in hunting in what looks like middle of the day light.
Make your life spectacular!

I wouldn’t want it on my wall, but excellent documentation of reality.
Good light,
Craig

Such a great natural history shot but it is significantly oversharpened.

Excellent action captured. Back off on the sharpening a little.
