Photo taken in Madagascar.
Most chameleon's are mostly nocturnal. The best time to see them at eye level is from 45mns before total darkness till 45mns after dusk, as they leave their diurnal sleeping quarters near the ground to "slowly" make their way up to the canopy to feed.
Evening walks in Madagascar are a real treat, as you never know what is coming...(frogs, chameleons, giant insects or diminutive lemurs)
Thank you for looking, ugolino

That is a truly artistic shot with all the patterns but with the analog eye.

Hello Mike,
Thank you for your comment. Not quite sure though what you mean by “analog” eye though. Can you explain ?
If you mean that I have added the eye with a computer program, I can confirm that I have not, as I would not know how to do it.
If I - or with a friend’s help - had, I would have posted it in a different gallery as I have in the past, once, with a double barn owl.
Best, ugolino
