Autumn Hickory and Maple trees provided the perfect backdrop for the photograph of this young female fox. We are viewing her in native habitat, the hardwood forest in which she lives. I've photographed a number of foxes over the years, and this image is one of my favorites. I cloned out parts of two trees in the background and a boulder and some blurred leaves in the foreground. Please click on the image to view full size with dark surrounds. Thank you.

She's a beauty Ron! Lovely pose and beautiful complementary colours. The open mouth is a bonus showing her teeth and the overall image is a delight!
