Two bull elk in RMNP two weeks ago... the background was bit busy behind the rear elk...

Nikon D2H, 200-400 VR, ISO 320, f7.1, 1/50 sec

Nice shot Bob, good DOF and colour tone sets these two off well even against that busy BG. For my eye a little CW rotation might help to get rid of the feeling that everything leans a little to the left! 8) 8) :)

Great head positions of both. Love the alert looks. Background doesn't bother me at all, but I'm with Carol on a bit of CW rotation.
