Lots of real life impact here.. It certainly isnt Disney but it is nature.. The darker background in the shade helps keep the attention on the subjects: predator and prey despite kind of busy surroundings. Exposure nailed. A little PS dodging and sat on the eye might bring it up out of the shadows a little adding to impact..

Yes, I think the image tells a very natural story and that a little PS or other image-editing might give the photo more impact. I like the colors and am always amazed to see something like this.

Nice catch of nature as it is, and I agree that a little light in the eye would really lift the impact of this shot to the next level.
