This was taken on October 29, 2003. I really likes how the aurora dwarfs the neighbors house.
EOS 1Ds, 24-70mm L at 24mm, f/2.8, ISO 1000, 20 sec exposure. In PS, cropped, levels, and a little USM. It was very near 32F and this seems to have reduced some of the noise that you would expect to see at ISO 1000.
Comments welcome,

Nice capture of this Aurora. I might take the house a bit more to frame right. Nice perspective of the house in relationship in size to the sky.

I was going to do that but, there was a telephone pole that would have been in frame if I panned any further left.

I really like this Wil and am not concerned about the position of the house. This has a real "huge sky/little humans" feel to it that is appealing. So nice to have that glowing light coming from the house. Very nicely done.
