Shark Valley ENP-Infrared image
I made this image using a Harrison & Harrison infrared filter 89-B, From what I hear it is for most applications the perfect balance between the spectrum and the detail that the image can offer, too little filtration and you get better detail, but at a cost to the infrared spectrum too much filtration and the fine detail is lost, but favors the infrared range, This is the best compromise!!, The brighter the object the warmer it is. the darker the object the cooler it is in relation to the warm parts!! D1x, B&W mode, JPG-8 bits-Fine, Lens=28-70mm afs-f/2.8, FL=28mm, A-Priority, Matrix metering, 1/6sec SS-f/5.6, EV=0, ISO=200, WB=Auto Any comments and or reposts are always welcome!!!
