Lighting and mood are terrific here, Harver...like looking through some foggy glasses.
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap, but memories are priceless.

Duplicated the original photo and lightened it with levels. Then applied a Gaussian Blur to it and combined it with the original. Then used a light filter and made some patterns with it and threw it on the sign.

Excellent effect and very well applied for this subject. I like the mood that the fog creates. This has a really nostalgic feel to it. Very well done!
