This has a sinister mood but seems out of focus or soft?

This is a phenomenal image of the largest poluter in the southwestern US (behind the cars we drive anyway) and the source for much of the haze that is prevalent in the canyons and the source of the ever presnt Brown Cloud over the Navajo Nation.

I believe I drove by this on my way to California this Spring. I think this shot gives a very good idea of how this plant sort of jumps out of nowhere to mar the otherwise beautiful scene. I think Ken's "sinister" was a good way to describe this view.
