From yesterday's marathon - 8 degrees F, light wind. 26+ miles on a sanded, icy, gravel potholed road! A hardy bunch for sure! Believe it or not, everyone was smiling and laughing and appeared to be having a great time. Of course there were several real serious runners too, looking for fast times for the marathon course. (2800 entrees - full and half marathon)

What a colorful shot! I'd be smiling too, if I was running in that gorgeous environment. (except for the cold, and that I don't run) ;) Are there kids in there too? Wonderful scene.

Like the flag bearer Mark. (red stripy top). What a wonderful scenery to run in... Yesterday I did 12.69 miles and was wearing a hat and gloves as was a bit of a frost, but not like this... Like it and congrats to all..
Make your life spectacular!
