Taken on the Atlantic coast earlier in the week. I reprocessed it several times based on some advice from others and wanted to know what you thought. Canon 5DII, 16-35mm, f/10, 1/4s, ISO 350, 3 stop soft ND grad. Thanks for looking.

Chris, welcome to NSN! This is a rocking first post. I really like it a lot. Great use of that rock as pour over to show off the drama of the ocean!

Looking forward to seeing more of your stuff here, and to hearing your critiques of others' images!

I really like the simplicity of this shot, although there is something to look at in every part of your image and i keeps the eye wandering about not settling on any one individual part, which I like.

Nice website also.

Cheers,

Si :-)

Thanks for the nice comments. John, sorry about the image size, I thought that since I was linking an image as opposed to uploading one, that as long as pixel dimensions were ok, the KB didn't matter. I'll keep that in mind for future posts. Thanks again for the warm welcome!

Welcome to NSN with a stunning first post. Looks like a creature rising out of the sea. Very dramatic.

I agree with the others. The water flowing over the rock makes the image for me.
