Another old scanned slide. I tried to correct the color cast this time, but not sure I succeded? Thank goodness for digital, because this scanning stuff is enough to drive one crazy :( Not as sharp as the slide is either....It's and old sprintscan 35...maybe thats the problem.

Enough whining....:) I haven't seen a big old guy like this in quite a few years.

I like the composition alot but the scan does look like you lost some sharpness and maybe some of the saturation. Still a very beautiful scene.

An awesome set of horns on this old guy John! Colors look good to me, but perhaps a bit too much USM.

I don't miss the scanning hassles either. :wink:

Love the composition and the contrasts between the foliage and ram and background. Just a great look, and I like the muted colors. :) Any issues I have would strictly be with the scan. (Might want to try a little less sharpening on the foliage while the background and ram look fine.)
